A lavish and exclusive menu has been prepared by Executive Chef, D. Chakradhar, for the event.

The Christmas brunch has been planned elaborately and includes a wide variety. Soups include Turkey noodle soup and smoked pumpkin, a wide choice of salad such as Warm Brussels Sprout Salad with Hazelnuts, Barbecued capsicum and tomato, fetta and basil, Pulled Turkey & ribbon veg salad, Poached Basa with orange herb salad.

The menu can easily be compared to any such brunch in Bengaluru.

Starters include Duck Spring Roll and exciting picks. The main course is led by Classic shepherd’s pie, Nihari gosht, Grilled Polenta with Pepper Sauce, Mushroom Thiyal and a serving of different types of cuisines.

The Live counters serve pizza, pasta and BBQ -Veg & Non veg, shwarama wraps and lots of dessert to tickle your palette.

Chefs are the crux of every hotel and their unique culinary expertise helps them carve a niche in their profession. HoJo’s Executive Chef Chakradhar has worked in star properties across the country and has a hands-on experience in multi-cuisine Continental, south Indian and north Indian food.

He has prepared an Ala carte menu along with choice beverages for the restaurants at HoJo. The Howard Johnson Bengaluru menu is best for all day dining too. A lavish Buffet spread is also available on other days.
